I like the idea that Evil Morty is C-137 Rick’s Original Morty, but you know what would be interesting? Officer Rick actually being the counterpart to Evil Morty. Maybe he was driven to the Citadel after doing something irredeemable. Maybe he thought he could help bring order to the other versions of himself. Maybe he finally wanted to do something right.
