UKRAINIAN PRESCRIPTIONS ARE VALID IN POLAND
IMPORTANT!
Ukrainian prescriptions valid in Poland!
Except for the names of the drugs prescribed, everything else on your prescription can be in written cyrillic. You will most likely be asked to help to translate its contents but otherwise you shouldn’t have any issues buying your meds!
More than that, a lot of hospitals and medical facilities are offering help to Ukrainians in need who managed to make it to Poland. I posted a list here and there are more places offering their help every day.

PL version
For anyone not aware, the Polish-Ukrainian border is open. You don’t need a visa to pass through, just your passport.

TO UKRAINIANS TRYING TO GET TO POLAND!
If you’re in Ukraine and planning to cross the border with Poland, there’s a Facebook group that was created to help people like you! If you need help with transport, a place to stay or some clothes or other forms of help, you can check it out here!
The group is very active and people are constantly offering different forms of help to anyone who needs it. We refuse to leave our Ukrainian brothers and sisters alone. People are opening their homes and those who can offer psychological and legal assistance are also doing their best. There are also special initiatives to help transport and re-home animals.
