I have more or less implemented an old Polish joke about the Soviet Union, only in real life.

And just to be clear, by "Polish joke," I mean actual joke from actual Poland.

You know the joke they tell about how it takes two Poles to change a lightbulb? Whoever laughs at it has obviously never tried to change a lightbulb in a Polish lamp. A single one of these little bastards takes two people thirty-plus minutes. Creative design.
