It was still so unusual, interacting with this world’s new technology. He had seen the advances of the world over the past centuries, only sleeping through a few years of it here and there. And still, despite having watched the advances take place, it still felt as though it were magic. He knew the world would advance beyond anything people of his time would’ve dreamed-- his parents were both people of science. He knew the wonders technology could bring. But that made it no less miraculous to him as he stood in the virtual halls of the white and blue realm called EDEN. 

Adrian wandered about the expanse, largely simply exploring and not headed to any particular place. So it was no wonder when the man ended up stumbling into Kowloon, the sudden shift in feeling apparent even to someone who had never been there before. He tensed, eyes open wide as the feeling grew that he was somewhere he was not supposed to be.

It was rather exciting in all honesty.

The Cupimon saw their chance. They slipped out from under the ottoman, and got into a bowing pose, their tail flicking excitedly back and forth. Then, with all the strength their little body could muster, they pounced forward, grabbing the red fuzzy tail tip and sinking their tiny fangs into the fur. Thankfully, fur is exactly what it mostly was, and their teeth did not hit anything that would actually hurt. They then used their back legs to “disembowel” the tail, kicking wildly at it with gleeful eagerness.

(You totally should! It’s pretty useful, and once you figure out how it works is pretty simple. The web comes even with a video tutorial. I used it years ago when I had Slayers RP blogs, but for whatever reason I completely forgot about its existence. I’m glad I remembered xDD)

A Blairmon scampers by, chirping and carrying a scrap of fabric between their teeth. It doesnt match any clothing or items in the farm. Where the hell did she get it?

“…. Goldie……… Where did you get that and where are you going? Are you doing something you’re not supposed to be doing?”

“And if so, why the hell wasn’t I included in this???”

It was late into the night when there was a soft knock at the door of the old magic-healer’s door. An unusual time for travelers to be stopping by Babamon’s cottage, but not unheard of.

What was odd was the two tall, cloaked figures whose very presence gave off an energy of immense power and presence. The one closest to the door raised a soft, elegant clawed hand. “Don’t be afraid,” the warm, feminine voice spoke, “We’re not here with any hostility. We’ve come for medical supplies, and we are ready to pay for your services.”

The second figure remained quiet, seemingly shrunken under their cloak.Their head turned slightly, as was only shown by the shifting of the opening of the cloak, from the woman they were with to the one in the door. They held the cloak tight around themselves, arms seemingly crossed over their chest.
