Yes: in a law abiding sense, and a moral sense
Yes: they bend some rules/ laws to get to a morally good solution
Yes: they always do what's right by the letter of the law, and so are good cops
They're morally neutral cops
They are bad cops, and I think that's good
They are bad cops, and I think that's bad
What they do shouldn't be considered law enforcement
