Poll Pay.
I have talked about it before.
It is a survey application (and website) where you can earn money by doing surveys.
In the past 3 months I have been doing surveys so I could finance my creative projects AND support my favourite artists with small donations (which once a month I donate a few euros to my favourite artists).
More in dept details... I think it is really worth it. Even if they kick you out of a survey you get €0,01/$0,01/£0,01 which is positive compared to other survey stuff. If you complete a survey you get between 0,09 and 3,00 of reward. Which you can get paid out in different ways (depending on your country which and how many companies works along. Personally I use paypal).

About the last screenshot. The app offers the possibility that you can share your code and if someone inserts YOUR code you receive an extra reward. Now you might think "nooooo they steal 15% of my money if I insert Ann's code" well not really. You receive 100% of your earned surveys. the other person receives 15% of the price from the reward.
I believe if we as content creators insert each others codes we can support each other and ourselves for our creative projects so we can keep doing what we do.
Which is in my case: creating and supporting my favourite artists with a little gift of support.
If you insert my code and lets me know, I'll make sure to get you some of those 'extra' 15% I would receive. (I don't think it would be fair if you receive 0,23 once while I get a lifetime extras from you. That is just unfair and I don't like it. I would like to split it in I'd receive 7,5% and you also 7,5%. So let me know, please, so I can make it fair.

If you are an artist or creator or in need to safe up for something in general. I think Poll Pay is a good thing. I make around 15 euros a month. And if I can use this to safe up and being able to keep creating AND support fellow artists with little donations, I'm happy.
