Yesterday was amazing!🙌 I got to do two, very intimate recipe demos at @switch4good Dairy-free Athlete Summit. Both the Cauliflower Alfredo and Banana Nut Protein Bites went over SO well.😍 Mind you, most of these athletes aren’t vegan. It was incredibly rewarding to show them how delicious and easy #plantbased eating can be, by showing them these recipes from #VYAonthego. Especially with so many inspiring people speaking and attending (I’ve tagged some of them)!🤗🏆 - While I was talking with the athletes and telling them my story of how I came from a design background, then started blogging in 2011, to where I’m at now... It was great to take a step back an see how much I’ve done to get this far, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds.
