im angry, mom, im angry because i want to write our story but oh, it would break you to pieces and i would garner no peace from the aftermath imagine a love like that - so much, and so all consuming, that it cost me everything, everything.

...surviving isn't a beautiful thing, it's ugly and taxing and time consuming and I'm so, so tired I lose a little bit more of myself each time.

I love poetry though I used to hate it, honestly and these people write beautiful, wonderful, breathtaking poetry, and if you don't follow them you are denying yourself of something amazing.
These are my 10 favorites, not in any order, and it took me a while to figure out which ones I like the most, since I follow a good handful.
I wish you all a wonderful new years! And another year filled with thoughts interesting enough to put down on paper and into something wonderful for the world to see.
Much love,
Cera
I couldn’t tell you I loved you so I wrote it down - in the creases of every book, in the blank lines of poetry, in the corners of page and a few whispers in the bible. I left my love on buses and late-night trains, on the chairs in coffee shops and the desks of libraries. I even left it in the pockets of faded jeans and forgotten sweaters, of jackets and knitted scarves. I gave my love to passing strangers, carved it in the sand on every shore. I wrote my heart on dirty napkins because my love was flawed, too. I left my love everywhere except in the palms of your hands.

Clea Helena is a Great Name for a Child
So after reading a post on my dash about assassin snails I looked them up to find their scientific name is Clea Helena.
On a whim, I told my friends they should name their kid Clea Helena.
Now we're legitimately discussing naming their future kid Clea Helena and they have no clue.
NO CLUE.
The love of a masochist
I’ve anchored myself to my own sorrow. People call that masochism, I call it relief. I love so terribly, so vastly, too deeply like the ocean that I’m turmoiled in the waves. The sunlight leaves the surface and the moon wanes from the tides and I lose myself in the darkness of it all. It’s tragic, living like this. It’s tragic living without this. Tragedy is not as beautiful as I believed when I was young. It’s the thorn bush devoid of roses, the night sky above New York, sugar-free icecream, - It’s empty and it’s aching, like an exploded star trying to devour the world. That is in my chest - a love so great, so blindingly bright that I’m being consumed in the wake of such brilliance. And what a sweetly tragic way to go - (lay me down in love, bury me with love, and I shall never dare to breathe an ounce of my misfortunes) But I like to remember why it is that I love like I do. (Because I get so lost when I feel the sun, and I forget to find myself when the moon paints me silver) So I anchor myself to agony to remind myself of a universe without yo(u) in it. And when the darkness devours my chest, I simply breathe your name and I’m saved, I’m saved.
