This man has been put through the wringer, working on 42 hours of sleep, fell almost to his death multiple times, a living nightmare, and all for what? A $25 gift card?
I should be posting way more often huh. I'm a slow drawer so instead of only posting art when it's finished I can also talk about it. here's a thought:
Mimiclings becoming like pikmins to F1ON4 in Wire Mother AU. She can't exactly deal with the world directly w/o exposing her and M2 to danger. This becomes less of a problem when you're small and compact and can fit in walls like roaches apparently
Okay so I just finished watching secrets of the mimic and I have a few theories as to what in the world happened in the endings
More specifically which mimic was the one that got taken by fazbear entertainment because it's easy to miss but there are I think two of them
(heads up there's a lot of dialogue in this post I made this last second so I might come back and edit it but if it's not as colorful or easy to understand I'm just exhausted right now and wanted to just put everything I thought out into the open)
The one in the basement during the good night sequence could shrink in morph its body after all that one was supposed to be like David so we could change its form
The other one on the other hand chased Arnold to an elevator but was unable to get inside just like Cassie, and I feel like that was done on purpose because in that one the mimic was caught up in a fire
But it's important to remember that the mimic that chased Cassie was already in a fire because of Fall fest burning down to the ground that was the mimic that was in the basement of help wanted so I truly do believe that there were two mimics not just the AI program but two physical bodies after all they were both called M1 and M2 respectively
Plus the ending where everything Burns to the ground with Arnold I feel like was intentionally done to parallel Cassie's bad ending where they both get chased to an elevator in the mimic is after them the only difference is the mimic was actually able to get its arm through the elevator with Cassie it's mimicking its previous actions and that one was way more violent than how it was in the good night sequence when it was revealed that it was supposed to be mimicking David
In my personal opinion I think the mimic that fazbear entertainment found was the one that got caught up in the fire at Fall fest not the one that Arnold had to deal with because the game reveals that everything that we see in security breach and ruin most likely came from Edwin after all the fast wrench looks a lot like the data diver except it's not connected
And we know for a fact that the mimic had to have been at Fall fest in order to mimic William Afton in Fall fest got burned down to the ground that was the mimic that ended up getting transferred over to the basement of the pizza Plex
Plus if it truly was the mimic that we saw in this game with Arnold then it could have shrunk down to try and fit inside the elevator that Cassie was in but it never did it can fit into any kind of costume yes but that does not mean it's the same mimic it could be the same program just with a completely different body one that's less flexible than the one that was supposed to be mimicking David
Am I personal opinion I think that the third ending where Arnold was able to put an end to M2 and finally put it to sleep was the true ending because it would explain how they possibly could have gotten their hands on a mimic in the first place that wasn't completely burned up it could be a different mimic that's not locked in the basement that one had to have come from Fall fest, after all the body of the mimic and the AI despite it being the same can argue with each other like what we saw in ruin despite it being the same program made from the same design it has different thoughts
Plus the books go out of their way to point out how once the mimic AI software is uploaded to the pizza Plex all the animatronics start acting like children like how David would most likely meaning that M2 not only was supposed to mimic David but if they did capture it they used that information to upload to the pizzaplex meaning it had to have still been alive
Look back at ruin notice how the mimics body isn't as flexible as it is in this game it can't shrink itself like it does in this one and if it can we've never seen it happen in ruin just because it can fit into any costume doesn't mean it needs a flexible body in order to do that after all we've never gotten a proper explanation as to how it can fit into any animatronic costume we just need more details on that mimic
I guess I'm saying all of this cuz I don't want the second ending where Arnold potentially dies in a fire car accident caused by the mimic to come true plus we still haven't seen Fall fest yet so anything's possible (because while Edwin and Fall fest happened in the 1970s everything happening in this game is happening in the present day)
