Man, I'm super bummed that person deleted their fic 😟 I don't blame them, but I'm pretty sure it was their first/only fic on AO3. Like damn!! Congrats, you weirdos chased someone off AO3 for a properly-tagged fic!!! We're all so much safer now!!!!!!

Might take a brief pause on my Big Bang Reading to leave a bunch of nice comments on existing Santos/Langdon fics over my lunch break.

So I'm rereading The Mouse of Konoha and forgot a...certain little quirk of the author's writing style: namely that instead of a/b they write it as a-stroke-b. It's a reeeeally petty thing to get worked up, I mean the author only uses it very occasionally in a 450k word fic but....it's still going on my pet peeves list for sure. Just, augh.

But despite minor annoyances this is, like, a really awesome fic? The worldbuilding is hella good and I find the protagonist a lot more likeable than in canon. Plus the totally epic length (more than 450k of words holy crap) is only another solid mark in my book even if it means that I'm not even half done with the fic yet I don't think (although to be fair I've had a lot of things to get distracted by lately).
