Jack and Geoff are wondering around and they run into the bear, it of course goes for Jack, but Gaoff is still scared. Jack walks up to it so it doesn't get too close to Geoff, but Banjo is curious about this person that's always around its other humans, so he gets his pet from Jack then goes to sniff Geoff and it's the first time Gaoff's been so close to it. It's just curious though, so it sniffs him and leaves. 1/2

Banjo has seen Geoff try to use a book to ignore the bear and Michael has been known to let Banjo chew on cheap, outdated books. So, the next time Geoff meets Banjo, Banjo's brought a book, it's covered in teeth marks, and it's been soaked through with spit, but Banjo drops it on the floor for Geoff to get it, similar to how Geoff will throw food on the floor for Banjo. 2/2 -Bear

omfg i love it. Banjo doesn’t understand what this human needs to be less skittish, and honestly just wants pets and food, so it just tries to do things that it can. sniffing to make sure the human isn’t ill, which may be a reason it isn’t petting it. giving those strange toys it seems like like to stare at. probably even trying to bring food over to Geoff, which really weirds Geoff out when it brings a whole branch of fucking berries over to him from nowhere. Geoff starts getting along better as he gets used to it, but still never gets as comfortable as the others do

LMAO louis' parents made him give geoff away!! i touched on it in chapter 5! who knows where geoff the turtle is now 😞
