Good news: the health district board, as they have done all year without ever once taking any action towards proving it, continue to assure us that Behavioral Health Is A Priority

Bad news: there are only 2 clinicians left on my team and the other one just told us she accepted another job which means I'll be the only clinician left to handle: every referral and all the phone calls and more than half of the care coordination because we only have one part-time care coordinator and all the walk-in or brief therapy services

Also, since my co-worker who's leaving is the only LCSW here, she's the only one qualified to supervise my hours towards my licensure, so after she leaves my work hours stop counting towards licensure unless the district can conjure up another LCSW or I can scrounge up the cash to hire an outside consultant to supervise me

So that's... Neat

Y'all Ive been on disability leave for a month & Im not getting payments. No communication from insurance, my doc is baffled, no idea why, just... Not getting paid. I applied & was approved for a student loan, which I haven't received. Was forced to max out my credit card paying half my tuition & am now being told if I dont pay the rest within 5 days Ill be kicked out of school. Im drowning.

Please. I know everyone is struggling but if theres any amount u can spare, please. I just wanna get my head above water.
