Pip how's life at the orphanage? Also has Damien made life there any better?

"The Orphanage, it's fine! I mean, I get my own bed and 3 meals a day!"

"There's not much in my room, just a bed and my "siblings" bed next to mine, then a "siblings" bed next to that one.. and that one and that one.. I think there's 13 beds in the attic or the part I sleep at the house is big.. but there's nothing there and the clothes they first gave me didn't fit right.. but I won't complain! But.. you know people don't really talk to you.. not even the adults. I mean, they play games with us sometimes but.."

"But I always feel out of place.. I mean my "siblings" they seem to stare at me, and so does the caretaker.. I swear they pause the game just to look.. I feel so misplaced, so I usually just quietly slip back into my bed in the attic! And listen to the conversations below me.. a lot of time when my names mentioned it.. I'm not really positive they usually talk about how I'll never be adopted because im "special" and have a wired accent, but at least im "cute" its.. wired.. im a good kid, so i dont know what they think cruel things, and i use joes tatic of treating others like You want to be treated, so i dont understand why they have to be so mean... oh.. Sorry, im rambling ago. oh- yes, right-o! Let's get back on track, yes! They also let us volunteer and go to church, of course!"

Damien: "That sounds fake. That's not true. I'm not left-handed, and I'm the son of Satan!"

"Oh.. well i.. oh, I guess you're right.. heh, it's just. I guess that's what I was always taught! As well as having freckles being the Devils kisses-"

"Oh.. well, thank you? Heh, but I remember when I went to summer school at the church, they really didn't like that I wrote with my left hand! They used to tie my left hand to the desk to teach me how to write with my right!"

"It was really painful sometimes... and they even forgot to untie me before! While my handwriting on the right hand just looks horrible! Oh, it was so embarrassing!"

"Well.. then I started to pray to be right-handed! I just.. I wanted to be normal like the other kids! And write normally! But then the.. teacher.. she would usually catch me writing with my left due to the prayer not being answered, probably because.. you know why would God answered to a.. devil kissed.. left-handed .. kid and um so.. you know I asked how I could fix it and that teacher said that I just need deciplin and just like French people she could beat the evil out me!"
