Did you feel sorry for Tommen (and Margaery&Loras)? :(
You know, when I watched the episode yesterday, I had a somewhat blank reaction because it just… happens, and then it’s over. We can’t even see their dead bodies or anyone mourning for them, so it’s a bit unreal, in a sense. But the more I think about it, the more I find the whole sequence chilling, it’s a tragedy. That Loras’ last moments were him being cowed and frightened and forsaking Renly and everything he stood for and was in life. That Margaery actually sensed that there was something wrong and did something to get out and even try to save other people. And poor Tommen, that was the worst. He was alone watching that destruction, he took that decision alone, and Cersei didn’t shed a tear over his dead body.
