"Three-point PR plan just off the top of my head? Point one: might be hard for you but…stop sending people your blood"
I love this show
Just watched One Last Kill. I don't think it worked tbh. Feel like the right themes and elements were there, but in only 45 mins it feels really surface level. Probably needed to be movie length...
Finally started The Paper and I liked the subtle humour from Sabrina Impacciatore in White Lotus, but seeing her in a more overt sitcom she has this perfect offbeat energy
I didn't suspect anything weird between Julie and Randall until they each kept swearing nothing weird is going on any time either of her parents talk to them
idk if they specifically chose to avoid it to not seem more.like Lost, but the characters on this show are a Lot more interesting, and I feel like flashbacks to understand who they were before they got to the town would be interesting. People like Fatima and Donna feel like they must have had such an interesting past before they got here.
I'm like 99% sure The Cromenockle is not just a book. Feels like the author knew about this place somehow. Could also be like a Stranger Things/DnD convenient analogy kinda thing but to me that doesn't work as well without sounding ham fisted.
Haley Lu Richardson, Emilia Clarke and Adrian Lester is not a grouping I ever expected to dee
Damn Elgin done lost his marbles
tbh I kinda like Randall. I mean annoying he almost got people killed at the start but it's hard to blame people for acting like that when they first arrive. And I feel like they need people who are that strong willed.
Jim also annoys me because he keeps recklessly abandoning his kids to find his wife and hasn't learnt his lesson. And every time he does it, his wife was actually perfectly safe and someone else dies
Boyd is starting to annoy me because he's fully aware they're taunting him and making traps for him but he just keeps taking the bait every time
At least there's more medical staff now??
also I got suspicious when I saw that one guy who looks a little like the actor that plays The Deep in The Boys, because I've seen him in something before and he didn't seem like an extra. But I actually thought we saw him earlier in the season.
At least there's more medical staff now??
i also really hope this isn't one of those obvious answers of being purgatory or near death experience type things because I've seen enough of that and feel like it would make this show in particular less appealing
i keep wanting this random dog to be Vincent along with some weird alternate reality reveal that connects this to Lost
These people all having different pieces of the same puzzles and not talking to each other is really annoying me
"aren't you the guy that thought this was a giant escape room?"
Yes. Roast him unnamed extra queen
