Wow, just wow! Essie Holt new track Better For You has all the elements you need for an electronic indie pop anthem. Genuinely it’s got everything you could want with emotively driven vocals, a soaring chorus that sends you into the heavens, shimmering synths that build throughout the opening of the track and a certain flair that you don’t see that often within pop tracks. A spectacular track that is well worth a listen.

“Wasted” by katie MAC is THE edgy pop rock anthem for “all the dumb bitches” - her words not ours. The single has been out for a full month, and we just can’t get enough! “Wasted” is a light-hearted track that pokes fun at the never ending cycle of getting attached to a guy and ignoring those red flags. Katie fills the single with relatable remedies for getting over someone, playing on the fact that if she took a shot for each time she did something dumb in order to get over someone, she’s straight up be wasted. It’s hard not to feel like this is a pure anthem for everyone who has had relationship (or let’s be honest situationship) problems. The song is electrifying with an incredibly catchy beat and confident performance. The fuzzy electric guitar and booming bass make for a great backing track to equally confident vocals. Her vocal performance is full of personality and fun, making the song just that much easier to sing along to.

On May 18th, Brooklyn’s TOMI will be releasing her new What Kind Of Love EP on RCA. Coming Around is the third single she’s shared from the EP, a potent and robust pop anthem which she wrote in a hut in the middle of the jungle while she was sick with the flu. It boggles me how she’s able to write such a magnificent song while she’s dealing with an ailment in such conditions, but TOMI has crafted a high soaring, fiery punching tune on which her sonorous voice takes sensational flight. Londoner Loui Rose Allen - Foxes - is a current member of the Neon Gold family. Dropping pop anthem "Youth," she throws herself into Ellie Goulding and Marina and the Diamonds comparisons. However, there's a fresh wave of dance & disco percussion + synths in her that brings the genre to a new lvl. And at just 22 years old, she only has room to grow.
