I had some serious anxiety yesterday. I could barely function and ended up laying on the bed staring at the popcorn ceiling so long I was hallucinating. There were waves of motion among the kernels, then whole sections starting flowing one way, then the other as I breathed and as my gaze shifted the whole texture inverted to a flat ceiling with lumpy indents... I don't know how long I was laying there. I ended taking some hemp oil and forced myself to do some meditation I learned years ago to clear my head and balance out. I worked through it and talked to my wife about what was bothering me, but I'm not used to knowing what it is, what's behind it. Therapy is starting to actually help now instead of giving me more issues (or at least uncovering the issues I didn't know I had). Still hard, but worth it.
