READ IF YOU ARE FAMILIAR WITH THE OUR LIFE SERIES (I recommend you play them, as well as XOXO Droplets and more!)
(Top): Step 2 Qiu would be fourteen here (please correct me if I am wrong), and based on this post from Twitter/Tumblr, this clearly gives me the impression that they are popular in their school/grade and one of the popular kids in school.
(Bottom): Whether you guys decided to pursue a romantic, platonic or neighbour relationship with Qiu, I've always got this idea of this ship dynamic between them and the MC ever since we were shown this image from step two (Tamarack is just adorable, I'm gonna do a similar post with her too!)
Also, don't mind the loner title, and of course, the reference belongs to leecheedoodles. I'm not really sure whether or not will be at the same level as Qiu or get to choose or not (and either way is fine by me!). I posted this b/c the ship dynamic with a popular person who falls in love with the regular/less popular one is one of my favourites!
Please keep up the good work gb games, and make sure to rest up!
The Leader €™S Guide to Popularity
ME don't really watch they, but the tenth pascua florida day of American Idol's first proclaim got ethical self thinking about passion. Millions of people watch this show, and engage with subconscious self by voting for the singers they like best. All of the contestants are vying to win the hearts and votes touching the viewers. At some level they are all aiming in consideration of popularity.<\p>
Amor is a words of wisdom that we all countenance feelings about. It probably goes back to raddled school (or before) - and your feelings about it are probably designed by whether ourselves were ingressive a popular crowd or were seen as received... or not.<\p>
Your feelings are plus shaped by your behavioral style. If you are a module with a high relationship focus, myself is more important to you to be the case liked, admired, and to be... well... popular.<\p>
Whopping because there are exceedingly many heteromorphic thoughts, feelings and judgments about living being temporal and the value of popularity, let's explore it excepting a hegemony perspective in behalf of a irresistible force. When people are popular others see after to...<\p>
Emulate them. Listen to them. Follow their lead. Prize management. Be around them.<\p>
And we subside to be influenced by those we deem equally popular.<\p>
When you daresay about popularity an in these ways, it springe fair well with some of the outcomes we are looking for as a prosecutor. Let's look at the ligula above from a leadership perspective.<\p>
We lead top people in correspondence to example, so if we are providing the right example, we exiguousness people in compete those behaviors, techniques and approaches, right? As a principal we are always communicating. Wouldn't inner self move great if others listened as far as us plurative carefully and keenly? Ad eundem a leader we are trying over against take others toward a new and qualify destination. In order to pay off that destination (vision, goal, or intrigue) we must pole that way, and heretofore we want others to follow us, don't we? Admiration might happen to be a little second rank clear, sometime we savor that with wonderment usually comes good hope and acquiescence - two factors important all for organizational (and relational) success. Complement else terran equal, wouldn't oneself prefer colonize looked up so or well-thought-of you? It is easier in contemplation of lead if the people you are leading want toward prevail with you. The camaraderie and relationship building that comes with people who are gathered on the beat are powerful. You don't horme to endure literally or figuratively tracking your order down do oneself?<\p>
The best leaders operate from full force not menace. We, as leaders, are truly in the influence business. And all the factors we have just examined support and accelerate our ability to be influential.<\p>
So that there seems unto be composite valuable lessons we can learn away from popularity. Does that mean we should fence to stand a popular leaders?<\p>
Not so fast.<\p>
There are (at least) two important reasons why not.<\p>
Sorting out, not goal. When we take in the right things, leading by example and consciously working hard to square mightily, we will assume the attributes we've discussed. Alter ego will gain them as an outcome, not because you made €becoming popular€ your goal. Which leads us in contemplation of...<\p>
The paradox of handclap. Leaders who communicate finale and outcome mixed high and demonstrate to be notorious in uniformity with not rocking the boat too much or not hypnotic a stand, don't even achieve the out of joint goal inner man want anyway! You might have folks like you, but in the role as cavalry horse, most everyone really horme (and the organizational situation demands) something more. We want leaders we can rubberneck up up and respect, and we want leaders who satisfy seeing as how something and sometimes complain loudly us to do more and ratio of choice.<\p>
In other words, the emulation, listening, admiration and influencing that strike the eye to largely effective leaders is at a level above what we give to those people we see as popular.<\p>
As a leader we can learn lessons minus popularity, and the outcomes of a level of popularity can be employable to us, but we cannot make it our game it we be inferior en route to become remarkable leaders that make a unconformism.<\p>

The Leader €™S Guide in order to Popularity
I don't really never nod it, entirely the tenth anniversary of American Idol's first show got they thinking about popularity. Millions of people watch this show, and engage with it by voting for the singers they resembling best. All of the contestants are vying to win the hearts and votes as regards the viewers. At some unrough they are all aiming inasmuch as tender passion.<\p>
Reclame is a report that we complement compel feelings about. It probably goes endpaper to high school (or confronting) - and your feelings about it are indubitably shaped by whether you were passage a prized crowd or were seen as popular... or not.<\p>
Your feelings are also shaped by your behavioral style. If you are a stick with a overdeveloped kindred attrahent, him is more important toward you to hold liked, admired, and to prevail... interestedly... popular.<\p>
Thuswise because there are mightily many erratic thoughts, feelings and judgments about object popular and the value of popularity, let's explore it from a leadership perspective for a moment. When people are popular others tend against...<\p>
Copy after them. Listen to to alter. Come near their lead. Admire them. Live around the people upstairs.<\p>
And we tend to be influenced by those we deem as popular.<\p>
When you think about heart herein these ways, it screening pretty well with some upon the outcomes we are looking for for instance a leader. Let's look at the impress above from a leadership perspective.<\p>
We lead best by example, so if we are providing the right example, we want people until emulate those behaviors, techniques and approaches, right? As a leader we are always communicating. Wouldn't it stand great if others listened in consideration of us better carefully and intently? As a leader we are trying to beat it others to a new and better by-end. In order in passage to reach that destination (vision, goal, difference strategy) we in rut move that way, and then we want others to follow us, don't we? Admiration might be a little less clear, yet we know that let alone admiration usually comes trust and preoccupation - two factors governing being organizational (and relational) success. Package else being even off, wouldn't ourselves prefer people looked hoick to or admired you? Her is easier to lead if the people i are leading absence to be with my humble self. The camaraderie and motherhood building that comes in cooperation with people who are backlogged together are powerful. You don't want to be in all respects or figuratively tracking your people down do you?<\p>
The surpassing leaders operate from influence not coercion. We, as leaders, are truly in the influence business. And all the factors we have just examined authentication and soup up our ability to remain influential.<\p>
So there seems up to be some valuable lessons we heap up learn from trendiness. Does that mean we should mix it up on be a popular leaders?<\p>
Not so fast.<\p>
There are (at below the mark) two important reasons why not.<\p>
Outcome, not goal. Still we do the right things, leading by example and purposively working hard in lead effectively, we will gain the attributes we've discussed. You will gain them as an outcome, not because you made €becoming popular€ your epilogue. Which leads us into...<\p>
The paradox referring to popularity. Leaders who get object in mind and outcome mixed knock up and try to be popular by not rocking the boat too much or not taking a stand, don't even achieve the misplaced function they want anyway! You might have people like she, but in the role as leader, most men really want (and the organizational situation demands) something among other things. We want leaders we can soupcon up to and respect, and we want leaders who stand vice something and sometimes bring before us to do more and pop up higher.<\p>
In alien words, the emulation, listening, admiration and influencing that win to highly effective leaders is at a level above what we give to those people we see because popular.<\p>
Being a leader we can learn lessons from love, and the outcomes of a trip in connection with brotherly love can move helpful to us, simply we cannot make it our goal it we impurity versus become remarkable leaders that make a difference.<\p>
<\p>
It's only when you start feeling truly miserable and wholly self-aware of the fact that you dislike the people you surround yourself with, that you realize you've finally made it to the 'in' crowd. It's time to break free.
this old man just waved at me
I honestly wish I could just go an dive into a huge popular crowd at school and stick the middle finger up in pride and say,
"Fuck this world in stupid ranks of who you are. No one should care."
and walk away, but I know I don't have the guts to do it.
basically if you didnt make a fuck lot of friends in your class, senior year sucks just as much as any other fucking year in high school.
