Pepperoni Bacon Pizza. Finally pork pizza cravings satisfied courtesy @meatigo_meats I had made pizza before but everytime with yeast. Wanted to make a pork pizza for the past few days but had no yeast. Also have been hearing about no yeast pizza lately as the lockdown started. I realised what they were trying to do is to replenish the byproducts of yeast fermentation acid and alcohol. Some have used curd while some have used baking border. While others resorted to lime juice. I combined baking powder and vinegar and made the dough with usual ingredients like flour, sugar, salt and oil. I always add a little bit of chilly flakes and oregano in the dough. For the sauce used @wingreensfarms bhoot jholakia sriracha sauce with a small drop of mango pickle. Interestingly the pickle seemed to have enhanced the taste greatly. For the toppings used pepperoni, bacon, onions and tomatoes. This one certainly tasted better than my previous pizza attempts.
