Delight your taste buds with the savory goodness of Braised Pork Neckbones in Garlic Tomato Gravy. Simply Vicky's food blog brings you this flavorful dish that combines the richness of pork with a fragrant garlic and tomato-infused gravy.
Ingredients: 4 lbs pork neck bones, unpackaged. 1 large onion, finely chopped. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 2 cups crushed tomatoes. 1 cup chicken broth. 1/2 cup red wine. 2 tbsp tomato paste. 2 tsp dried oregano. 2 tsp dried basil. 1 tsp sugar. Salt and black pepper to taste. 2 tbsp olive oil. Fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Put olive oil in a big pot and heat it over medium-low heat. Cut up some onions and garlic and add them. Cook the onions until they become clear. Put the pork neck bones in the pot and brown them all over. Chicken broth, red wine, tomato paste, sugar, salt, black pepper, dried oregano, and dried basil should all be stirred in. Once it starts to boil, lower the heat, cover, and let it cook for two to three hours, or until the pork is soft. If you need to, change the seasonings and add fresh parsley before serving. Your choice of side dish will go well with the braised pork neckbones. This dish from Simply Vicky's food blog has a lot of great flavors, like garlic and tomato gravy.

Last night’s dinner: pork neck bones and noodles. The key to this dish is that the fatty broth mixes with the pasta starch to form a very savory gravy. I added radish and radish greens to the cook and then cucumber and sprouts as sides. #porkneckbones #pasta #radish #sprouts #cucumber https://www.instagram.com/p/B-GaQN1lTMv/?igshid=18zl48w7ogaig
