Ingredients: 1 lb ground pork. 1 tablespoon sesame oil. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon ginger, minced. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 2 tablespoons rice vinegar. 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce. 1/2 cup water chestnuts, chopped. 1/4 cup green onions, sliced. 1 head iceberg lettuce, leaves separated.
Instructions: In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, saut until fragrant. Add ground pork, cook until browned and cooked through. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, and Sriracha. Pour the sauce over the pork, stir to combine. Add water chestnuts and green onions, cook for an additional 2 minutes.
