Soooo,I think I am gonna do some posts about my fave sageuk actors. Let’s start with Jung Il Woo, an actor whose moderns rarely work for me but period always do.

Return of Iljimae, a criminally underrated Robin Hood story and I believe his debut.

The Night Watchman - my least fave on the list but not a terrible watch.

Haechi - my favorite, a total masterpiece, fight me in the parking lot if you disagree.

Bossam - it’s haunting in its desperation and hard won second chances.

Hmmm, who next, perhaps Lee Jun Ki or Yoon Si Yoon or the venerable sexy daddies Song Il Gook or Lee Seo Jin.

✿ ポッサム | 보쌈 (Bossam) ・豚肉を使った朝鮮料理である。スパイスとともに茹でて薄くスライスした豚の腹肉が用いられる。この肉をニンニク、タマネギ、サムジャン、セウジョッ、浅漬けキムチ等とともに供する。食べる際に、肉と付け合せを赤レタスやゴマかエゴマの葉で包んで食べることが多い。ポッサムには朝鮮語で「包む」という意味がある。
