“One of the survivors of the Portland stabbing attack had a heartfelt reunion with her hero savior.  

Destinee Magnum, 17, was riding a MAX train last week with a Muslim friend when the two were attacked by Jeremy Christian.

Micah Fletcher, 21, was one of three men who stepped in and protected the two girls from the racist knifeman. The other two, Rick Best and Taliesin Myrddin Namkai-Meche, died from their injuries.

In a Facebook post on Thursday, Magnum's mother Dyjuana Hudson posted pictures of her daughter reuniting with Fletcher.  

Destinee also presented him with a t-shirt that reads 'I love you and you are my hero'. “

Two men were stabbed to death and another man was injured, on a commuter train in Portland, Oregon, Friday night, after they tried to intervene as a man shouted hate speech at two young women who appeared to be Muslim.

Of the 3 men who intervened against racism & were then attacked in Portland, only poet Micah David-Cole Fletcher survived. He's openly autistic.

I went to the memorial today for the victims of the Portland train stabbing and saw this garbage on the wall coving some of the chalk messages. Don't post your stupid vegan bullshit on a public memorial. People are coming here to mourn and honor the men we lost and for you to try and push your agenda there is disgusting. The sacrifice that those men made and the suffering those girls experienced is no where near comparable to animal consumption. And don't bring your "All lives matter" bullshit here either because while it was white men who died the two WOC were the original victims in all of this. The men died because they stepped in and tried to stop it, not because they were white. This is disgusting and I hope whoever posted this doesn't come back.
