Tomorrow's #pose2posechallenge Day 27-Warrior 2〰Reverse Warrior〰Extended Side Angle. I've got to be honest, I love the fun and crazy transitions...but some of the most difficult ones are found between the ordinary postures you see in many classes. Begin in Warrior 2, front heel in line with your back arch. Engage both hamstrings, the front one by pulling your heel toward your back foot. And the back one by pressing your heel down and back, along with the outer edge of your foot. Arms long, gaze over your front fingertips. To reverse, lift your front hand to the sky and slide your back hand down your leg, big side stretch. To move into side angle, lower your top hand to the ground, bottom hand reaches to the sky. Check your grounding...make sure your legs are still in this. Once you feel you have a lot of length in your arms, start to reach your top hand over your ear to form one straight line from your heel to your fingertips.
