In your opinion what would a My Hero Academia and Transformers Prime crossover be like?

Like how would the story line change with if most of the human population had quirks,if heroes and villians thrown into the mix , and if Jack, Miko, Raf, June, and Agent Fowler have powers?

I'll use the TFP timeline to get started.

First, it would be a surprise to the Autobots and Decepticons upon reaching the earth.
