Possible AuDHD thing: the love hate relationship with bubble baths. I love having a bubble bath while I'm in Bath Mode TM but once I'm done, it gets overwhelming real quick. The feeling of the bubbles stubbornly sliding off while rinsing them done the drain is a nightmarish feeling after an hour long or so bath. Once I'm done with Bath Mode TM, I'm DONE with anything and everything involved.

my mom thinks if i am autistic then i’ll need to go to ‘social skills training’ and like, lady, i learned social skills the hard way, and also do my social skills just… get worse if im diagnosed? im autistic or not autistic now and im not going to start being autistic if someone who is a qualified adult and not like. a child (sorry friend you are very nice but you are still a minor and not qualified to diagnose anyone with anything) says i am

so I think I’m gonna text the friend who launched this whole ‘am i autistic or not’ slow descent to insanity, like… individually. the first time i asked it was through a group chat with 5 other people in our nebulous friend group (we all sat together on a charter bus last fall). idk, i just feel like that’s the logical next step to take.
