book-bar owner vi who inherited the place from her father and despite not really knowing how to manage a bar, the one thing she can manage was a bookstore.
it was a little dream of hers that she had when she was young and bright, hoping that she could one day bring her family and friends out of the impoverished and rotting place they called home but alas fate had a different plan for her.
it didn’t matter though, transforming the bar into a half of a book store was hard but with the grumbles of a few friends and neighbors, the results spoke for themselves. not only was it like her visions, powder graphic art was proudly displayed for everyone to see and with the brilliance of ekko’s mind, his light fixtures truly brightened the place. it was a dream come true, there were more than enough donation of books (some stolen but hey, who gives a fuck?).
the store was a hit with kids and adults. vi took great pride in having a place of refuge for the kids who needed an escape from it, something vi wished she had when she was younger.
the place was loved in their neighborhood but the wealthy elites who were trying to demolish their homes didn’t like that they were hearing rumors of an upcoming spot. so some knuckle heads decided to come and pick a fight with the local teens in her establishment, yea ain’t happening. as she was two steps and one knuckle away from throwing them out with a few bruises, a pretty lady-cop decided to interfere.
now if vi was in the right state of mind, she would’ve cursed the girl out for getting in business that had nothing to do with her. maybe even thrown a punch her way depending on her mood.
but the cop just had to turn around and look like that.
blue hair that fell in soft waves out of her face, deep and lush that made vi wonder if it felt as soft as it looked. the cops physique was a stunner, the slimness of her curves and the way her breasts were practically fighting out of her shirt?
yea, vi had a bit back a “damn” as she coughed, finally daring to look up at the woman and to meet stern yet ablaze eyes meet her own. at some point in vi’s obvious gawking, the knuckleheads scurried off to go harass someone else and she could see the cop talking to her but she wasn’t listening. she was in fact staring at her lips, plump with a light pink tint and as she spoke vi could make out the little gap in her teeth. vi pretended that she was paying attention, nodding along in five second intervals as she walked around the cop. just taking a peek, is what she rationalized in her head, as her eyes combed the woman's back and lower body.
she didn’t mean for the whistle to come out but when it did the cop didn’t necessarily hate it. not by the way she was blushing.
