This could have gone in the comments, but since it's here, I'm now all curious about how the two are different. I've been avoiding this debate with Kev and X but I think... it's TIME. It was kinda all the exact same conversation with two different kinds of food. One that touches chopsticks (an extension of the fingers, in Korea) and one that is fingers proper. Both involve paying attention to and assisting someone who isn't their partner with something that's about to go in the mouth. Maybe it has to do with the fingers getting gross while peeling the shrimp, and the time it takes. Thoughts?

Tonight I have talked with three different friends of mine, and none of these conversations made any sense in my part. Meaning, none of the words I spoke out loud made any true sense for me. Sure, on the surface, they formed sentences, in which I have supposedly talked about myself. But I was babbling. It was as if I was talking through ChatGPT: the algorythm collected all the data and made a text that should have represented my actual feelings and thoughts, but still felt awfully off. As if I cannot connect my inner self with my words. As if I don't actually have an inner self, therefore I just make up things in convos so that it seems that I do. I have no idea where the authentic me is. I don't know how to be myself with anyone. I am dissociating constantly. I'm doing it right now. I'm not sure what any of this has to do with anything. I don't know if I am a person or just a bunch of bullshit strung together.

Or it's possible that I'm just really, really dumb.

I have been awful about two things recently:

staying caught up on fics (mostly I’ve been rereading the same two or three because I’m just... yeah. Look, they’re really good okay?)

commenting on fics

So I’m about to go on a massive commenting spree on things as I catch up. Or if I caught up earlier and just didn’t comment because I suck.

I just set my alarm clock forward one hour so I can attempt to scare the shit out of myself in the morning if I wake up when I usually do (like 15 minutes before I need to leave which will be half an hour late on my alarm clock) or actually fucking get up on time so I don't look like shit like I usually do
