Considering there’s going to be more Crescent City books I’m betting the next book will be a Ruhnlidia book which makes me think their relationship won’t be healed in HOFAS.
There’ll probably be a lot of angst and tension but also a lot of pain and trauma from the Asteri Dungeons, the War, Ruhn reconciling the fact that Day is the Hind….

I know everyone is trying to manifest ACOTAR 5 and all via the HOFAS announcement. But remember---SJM said it's not necessary to have read both series going into the next book CC. Yes, she did say the story will help set up ACOTAR 5, but since she also flat out said reading both is unnecessary to understand the other, why the hell would she announce ACOTAR canon shit in the CC series? She's not. There's not going to be ship announcements. No ACOTAR character pov bonus scene.
What is going to happen is Azriel is going to lose Truth-Teller when Bryce leaves. That's enough to start his broody arc. And who knows what else will happen while Bryce is there.
