Did mediations and a pull for this week. I haven’t looked the book definitions up yet. I’ll do that later today. Instead I did a little free writing about my first feelings for a few minutes. My sleep last night was somehow restorative while also being full of dreams I barely remember and waking up frequently. How’s that’s a thing, I’m not sure, but it is what it is. Posting all of this here for my own remembering. Trying to flex my spiritual and writing muscles. I’d also like to write more for myself in a private journal. Still dancing around that I guess.

Just.....I’m trying in general. Little steps. Keep taking the steps, no matter what, and trust. Trust, little one, trust and know you are ok. You will be ok, whatever that looks like.
