Percy helping his new sister hone her powers

This is an art commission i did for my amazing first client @theprometheanflame for Act I of his PJO fic To Be Mortal - starring his oc Narina after she discovers she is a daughter of Poseidon

As a bonus, we turned the scene into a mini comic just for fun

Narina having to reconcile her scientific background with this whole new magical world she's just discovering:

Percy would absolutely have man flu. Like he could withstand insane battle wounds, saving the world twice, getting poisoned, all the shit that happened in tartarus, but you can't convince me that the minute he gets a cold or smth he's not an absolute child.

Annabeth (walking into his dorm in new rome): Hey, you weren't in class today, wha-

*Percy lying on his bed, covered in blankets, the mattress cover is falling off, tissues everywhere*

Percy: I think I'm dying. This is how I'll go. Fighting the worst monster of all... illness.

Annabeth: *unsure whether to laugh or be concerned*

Percy: Do you think hades will give me a fair punishment? Or is he still mad about the helm thing?

Annabeth: Seaweed brain you're not dying, what's wrong?

Percy: probably pneumonia, or worse.

(It was in fact a mild cold)

Then on the flip side we got annabeth who would have like a 40⁰C+ fever and is still showing up to class.

Annabeth: seaweed brain your notes for section one are incorrect. (She says as she starts trying to re-write his notes for him)

Percy (who's concerned and trying to check her temperature cause she passed out not five minutes ago): Annabeth for fuck sake stay still!

Fun Facts:

The twins are named Aeolus (might change it to Lykos or something to match his sister) and Ursula

Aeolus is the baby Apollo is holding, the younger twin lol

Apollo actually helped deliver them like a doctor would, in case one comes out glowing

Their other dad… I don’t know was to do with him lol demigod or other it’s your guess lol he’s just goth

Brief intro to My Jason Valhalla au cause im committing to it now (there will probably be no fic)

So basically the burning maze happens as canon. But instead of going to the underworld or wtv Jason gets scooped up by a Valkyre (probably Sam cause i luv her) and he wakes up on floor 19. Thoroughly confused cause he's dead.....right? He didn't feel dead. Also where were his glasses?

He meets Alex and Magnus freshly back from the Hammer of Thor Quest, and help explain everything (mostly Magnus cause he's been there for longer, even only by a bit)

After The Ship of the Dead/TOA endings and Jason getting accustomed to now being apart of THREE pantheon-things, he finally decides to track down Piper and Leo (first. He sees the others don't worry)

Piper and Leo (ESPECIALLY Piper) are ROYALLY pissed. Though after some explanations from Jason, Magnus, Alex and Sam and Probably Annabeth cause she's gone through the same situation (exept they weren't in the presence of Jason's literal dead body like with Magnus) Piper and Leo are still annoyed. But they understand.

Percy, Annabeth, Frank and Hazel are both happy to see him alive, but pissed he didn't say anything (at least Leo gave them SOMETHING. With the message thingie) Annabeth is pissed at Magnus cause how dare he not mention her friend whom had died was very much undead in the same place he was.

Nico and Reyna are both pretty upset at Jason

Thalia is just happy to see her baby brother alive. But annoyed at him nonetheless. (But hey now they're both immortal warriors)

Apollo is shocked, and a lil mad

Alex is just there for the Drama, but she does help explain stuff.
