This is the Post Tower. It's a 162.5-metre, 41-storey office building in Bonn Germany.  I was there last month and I was lucky to enjoy (as visitor) the amazing view from the the 38 floor. The Tower is the ninth tallest skyscraper in Germany and won the 2002 Silver Emporis Skyscraper Award.
