I had a great time in the Czech Republic, but I'm so happy to be back in Germany again. There's no place like home! 🏘️

I've missed my children so, so much! No matter what, it's just always not easy to leave them. 🐶🐱🐱🐱🐱🐴

Vacation time is over and it’s back on track time. I’m treating today like Monday with my reset of points and what have you.

Weighed in at 198lb this morning. I'm quite excited to still be under 200lb. Going to work on planning out this next week's meals to hopefully make the transition to "back on track" as quickly as possible. Talking myself into crossfit at 7am tomorrow is going to be the toughest battle.
