"This is a very weird request, but I just want to know: is it okay to climb up and feel your spikes?"

The gigantic Titan looks down towards Madison the moment he hears her calling out to him, and at hearing her request he can’t help but to let out a rumbling laughter, but then just smiles and nods, his giant tail slowly sweeping over to her, inviting her to climb up.

 “Of course you may, little one. But be careful; some of them are rather sharp, but you should be fine.” he said, presenting his tail for her to use as, basically, a giant set of stairs up towards his back. “Or, I could give you a ride, in case you do not want the exercise.” he’d tease her as well.

King of the Monsters... he never truly wanted the title. But after defeating the ‘False King’, that three-headed monster... it all seemed to come to him naturally. The other titans followed each of his whims, bowed to his superiority. And whether or not they liked it, he was now the king. And being a king... could be good. None of the titans dared to hurt humanity any longer, for they were part of this world’s balance. They cared for the titans, and so the titans cared for them.

However... some brats needed to be taught their place.

Which is why he was now looking for that defiant Rodan. He had been a trouble-child ever since his release, and the king saw it his duty to discipline his subject. Standing before the volcano where Rodan had made his nest, the King released a mighty roar, which in the titans’ ancient language translated to;

 “ROOOOODAAAAAAANN!! Come out and face me, you two-faced coward!”

A brief smile flashes by Godzilla’s mouth, leaning in to brush his snout against Mothra’s soft fuzz, a throaty purr emerging as the two titans greet one another, before he pulls back with a deep sigh. “A lot has troubled me since your awakening.” he states, using ‘your’ in terms of every single kaiju, includingg that three-headed... THING. But it was over now. Titans were respected by humans, and he was the King of them all. So he should have nothing to worry about, right? Well...

“My duties as a king, for one. A lot of the titans that this... ‘Emma’ person let loose, along with Ghidorah, many of them now serve me dutifully, some even out of respect...” a groan was heard next. “But there are some I still do not trust. Rodan, for all his good intentions, willingly served that serpent when he was alive... who’s to say he won’t turn his back on us again? Rodan is a powerful being. And being in hands of our enemies is devastating enough.”

Monster Island. An artificial island made by the humans of Monarch, in coalition with the titans, to house him, as well as any other titans who wished to serve their new king. It was a gargantuan isle, only fitting for the size of the titans, where they were free to roam and live as they pleased. Yet, one of its inhabitants had been a source for concern for the great king lately;

Rodan.

Indeed, the great flying titan had served the false king Ghidorah in the past, but that was now behind them. And Godzilla had been ready to forgive Rodan for his transgressions. But he always seemed to stay out of reach, and out of ear-shot. So it was that this day, he managed to catch Rodan perching upon a chain of mountains, as the king slowly approached him, being surprisingly silent with such thundering footsteps.

 “Rodan...” he calls out, voice masqueraded as a rumbling growl to those incapable of comprehending their language. “Are you well?”

The Bermudan Triangle base of Monarch has had a lot of sightings of Godzilla ever since the attack on Boston, and the defeat of King Ghidorah. It seems that Godzilla, now being the King of Titans, has become a lot more active all over Earth, but has always returned to this base for some reason. And it wasn’t until this day, when Ishiro Serizawa was present on the base, that the reason for that would be revealed.

The moment Serizawa would arrive at the base, as if knowing he had come... the sea parted open as the huge, monstrous figure of Godzilla emerged from beneath the waves, looming above the Monarch base as water dripped down all over the surface deck. The Titan’s gaze immediately locked onto Ishiro, grunting loudly as if beckoning the human over. He recognized him, from all those years ago.
