2 WEEK POSTPARTUM UPDATE - ER VISIT, I LOST 40 LBS

Bean is officially 8 months old today. She has: mastered crawling. pulls herself up onto her knees. stands with assistance. takes steps with assistance. says 3 words with intention. she has discovered spitting. has two teeth with more coming. bites her friends at school. still breastfed. sleeps 4 solid hours a night without ywaking to feed. gives kisses Me: I started my first postpartum period this morning. I never lost all my pregnancy weight but I got down to a weight im comfortable with. I have started running when I am able. Pregnancy and parenthood affected me mentally in ways i did not expect. I never used to question myself but thats all I seem to be doing these days
