my mom (does not smoke) had a big-ass long-ass whimsical curchwarden pipe on her christmas list and I knew I HAD to get it for her, I had to be the one to get it for her, and when she opened it with maximum delight and everyone else in the room, laughingly, was like 'why?????' I knew I was right, because I am the only one who Gets It ('because!' she said, enthusiastically, waving it around, 'it's cool! it's fun!!'). sometimes you just NEED a weird fun eccentric little thing. for your HEALTH
