Well you asked to the wrong person because I have ADHD and im very lazy and i usually procrastinate, but let me try to be helpful

1) Stay. Away. From. Sirius. He's no good, he is so beautiful and he distracts you so much. Also when you look at him you can't think of anything else.

2) Don't have any distractions near you. It can be your crush, computer or your phone but they usually make you procrastinate.

3) If you can't start doing the thing at all, find someone to do it with you. Lily, Regulus and I usually study together because they stop me from procrastinating.

4) Set yourself goals. Like finish 5% of the thing you have to do. Then the rest will come.

5) Don't. Look. At. Sirius' beautiful eyes.

6) Don't write Sirius poems

7) Don't doodle Sirius

8) Don't think about Sirius
