Ingredients: 4 cups cornbread cubes. 2 potatoes, diced. 1 onion, diced. 2 celery stalks, diced. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup butter. 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth. 1 teaspoon dried sage. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced potatoes, onions, celery, and garlic. Saut until vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes. In a large mixing bowl, combine cornbread cubes with sauted vegetables. Stir in chicken or vegetable broth, dried sage, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the stuffing is heated through. Serve hot and enjoy!
