Event Feedback: Can I report X for Y? Yes you can. Here's how.
The content of this post has been graciously stolen from this reddit post by my good friend Espen Skarsbø Olsen, who is an awesome judge from Norway.
The Monday after prereleases are here, and while many of us had fantastic events (playing a 100 % colorless deck, yeah!), some had bad experiences with stores, players or judges. And many are wondering: "Is there something I can do about this, so that other people don't have the same experience?"
So I wrote this guide. If you have any other questions, please comment here and I'll try to use my knowledge to help you.
Judges are supposed to be helpful and decent people keeping the game fun and fair. If you've met a judge that did something sketchy, unfair or unfun, you can give feedback on that judge easily through this form:
This also includes positive feedback if you have any. If a judge "made your day" or did something awesome, give feedback! It will end up in the ears of the good judge.
Stores have a lot of freedom on how to run their events, as long as they aren't doing any fraud (entering players without them being there, fixing pairings, etc), so the easiest way to "punish" a store for not being good is using another store, and leaving feedback on yelp, Facebook, etc.
You can report the store to Wizards through Wizards Customer Service. And you can find them here:

Tournaments are supposed to be fun and safe places, and if you meet a player that makes it unfun or unsafe for you, talk to the store employee or the judge of the event. Depending on what your issue with the other player is, they can resolve your issues with anything from diplomacy to kicking the player out of the store to calling the local authorities.
This is an incomprehensive list of what is not acceptable at tournaments:
Cheating (knowing that something is against the rules, and still doing it for an advantage)
Aggressive, violent or abusive behavior. Physical or verbal.
If the judge at the event doesn't do anything about an issue on the list above after being made aware of it, be sure to report the judge via the feedback form above.
