she unearths an isu temple in norway and hooks herself up to the yggdrasil simulation tree and meets someone (literally a humanoid figure/body that is pure shining light) who speaks in desmond’s voice and says they’ve got tons of data about, like... various apocalypse scenarios to process. so she decides to stay to help sort it out because she feels it’s her responsibility. so i guess she’s stuck in some kind of simulation now, and that’s her destiny as the heir of memories?

also she dropped the fucking staff of hermes into a fucking hole. so i guess my girl kassandra lived for 2,500 years and then died for nothing.

anfkjsb I LOVE HOW YOU WORD THAT LOL! But yeah I mean! I get the appeal of both Cal/Trilla and Cal/Merrin, but tbh I find Merrin and Trilla both more compelling than Cal ( no offense to Cal lol ) and i find Merilla works as a ship for much of the same reasons the other two do...it’s two people broken/hurt people finding comfort and healing in each other again. Merrin is really the only person of the Mantis crew that Trilla doesn’t have any baggage with --- it’s really easy to see her as the first person a redeemed/Survival!AU Trilla bonds with. I think Merrin would see Trilla as someone she could have very easily become had she gone further along her previous path of revenge with Malicos, so it’s a bit easier for her to sympathize with Trilla. 

I also love the idea of an AU where Trilla goes to Dathomir to hunt Malicos before events of the game, and teams up with Merrin similar to how Cal does to take him down. And then afterwards sweet-talks Merrin into becoming an Inquisitor. You can see some stuff for that in this tag if u want 👀

Lol Mr. Eivor as a himbo dual axe wielder sounds literally AMAZING, I love it. But honestly idk!! When I found out gender was an option, I initially thought I’d play as girl Eivor but the more I watch the trailer and see the guy, I like him more! Him with the kids was adorable and gave me mad Bayek vibes, so I’m kind of leaning towards Mr. Eivor as well!! At least for a first play through lol
