Marlene was just tired. She had had to deal with a pathetic Quidditch practice, annoying first years, and a horrible attempt at a Potion. She had been curled up on the couch in the Common Room for a good hour or two, growing increasingly frustrated as she tried to rest. "Potter, I'm going to kill you if you toss another bloody cushion at me," she threatened, opening her eyes as another soft object hit her face.
