     Emperor Kuzco—

          He's word in this place to be the worst person to ever be in charge in the history of ever and that's saying an awful lot. He's cruel, he's mean and cares about nothing but himself. Rouge has met a few people like that in her life, so it was no big deal for her. Thankfully to some pedestrians, she got the answers she needed. And what she needed—was his crown.

     Sure, it wasn't the prettiest thing ever, compared to a jewel and all, but it was something. It's from someone of a higher power. And of course, she's stolen something before and before she knows it, she's a secret agent. She's just too good at what she does.

Flying above and landing at the top of the establishment that seemed to be a large monument version of his head, she rolled her eyes, opening a hole at the top to look inside and listen. Even if she was high up, her bat ears are the best things she's got. Now, she had to wait and sneak till the time was right to take what was soon to be hers.
