So, I caught a cold last week and it really kicked my butt. I skipped Friday and Saturday for workouts. Today I decided to "catch up" and do the workouts I missed. I really didn't want to but knew it was best. After the first one, I almost didn't complete the second. I mean I had 3 days off, I'm not completely over this cold and I was tired.. but I DID IT! On top of getting today's #workout completed and making up yesterday's, I also did 100 #squats, 50 #pushups and 50 #crunches. NOT including the ones in the videos. Pretty sure I'm going to be feeling some soreness tomorrow and I can't wait!
