I just remembered when the script for the live action Powerpuff Girls reboot leaked and now you have to remember it too

Wordgirl needs a reboot where she's in middle school and there's lots of memes, current slang and twerking.

My shower thoughts are after my life and I’m still bitter about that script. So I’m fixing it.

Like I’m glad that people are using this CW PPG remake as an excuse to pedal their art of what they would want their PPG remake to look like, but even then it leaves a bad taste in my mouth that some of y’all are determined to keep all the girls white or try to keep buttercup (the most aggressive one) the Woc.

And if someone says that or draws blossom (or god forbid, bubbles) as black then op would get hateful and racist anon messages about how they just CAN’T be black.

And I just KNOW that the majority of those hateful messages are coming from liberal people who claim to want to see more WOC in their shows. But clearly y’all just want to see WOC who fit the stereotype.
