𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂! Part 1. I put together this nice ensemble of some of my favorite workouts. If you’re short on time and looking to get it done in one shot, here it is. 1️⃣ Decline sissy squats: the trick is to flex at the knee as much as possible. The bigger the stretch, the longer the contraction. 2️⃣ Hip bridge with abduction: This is deceptively difficult. Your body will work twice as hard when you shift your body weight off to the sides. 3️⃣ Walkouts on a decline: if you can do these on a decline you’re in luck! This change in leverage will add extra load to your shoulders and make it even more difficult to get to that pike position (butt up in air) 4️⃣ Neutral grip press: build your middle chest with this variation. Squeeze your pecs together, stick your chest out and PRESS! It is very effective once you get this right. 𝙈𝙚𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙨, 𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢, 𝙬𝙚𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙚𝙩𝙘. 𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙙𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙩𝙞𝙚-𝙞𝙣 𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨?
