Continuing our collaboration with @flammainnovation !! I have been testing their looper FS21, but first of all, why even use a looper? Here some thoughts about looper pedals in general: 1️⃣- Practice: A looper pedal might be the best guitar teacher you’ve ever had. It’s especially handy when you don’t have someone with you to play a repeating rhythm. 2️⃣- Composing: Looping is a great method to discover what song ideas work well together. 3️⃣- Enhance your live performance: This is done exactly how you’d expect; a gradual build-up of looped phrases to give the impression of a full backing band. 4️⃣- Listen to yourself: To improve, it is imperative to be aware of how you sound exactly. When you play, the perception of what you hear changes significantly. Playing alone and even in a group, you make different kinds of mistakes that usually go unnoticed.
