    ⊰ | ♛ | ⊱ — ❝  The closer it gets to Halloween, the more people just want to jump out and scream at you on campus and I’m ready to drop out because of that kind of shit.  ❞  It hadn’t happened to him yet, but it had to Briseis and the poor soul had suffered her wrath. ( Which was a scarier prospect, but his point still stood. )

     Boy, it was much busier today than usual, she wondered if there was some mega sale going on that she hadn’t heard about. While she highly doubted it, maybe it was in some other store she didn’t really frequent. As she crossed the Scramble, she saw someone knock into the boy in front of her, causing his... Nintendo DS to fall out of his pocket and onto the ground, then proceed to be kicked around by others. “H-hey,” she said, trying to get the boy’s attention and failing. “Crap...” She ducked down, trying to avoid the falling feet of passersby as she navigated to the device.

     “Got it!” Shiki sprung up, looking around to try to find that boy again. She’d only got the slightest of peeks before he’d turned around, and she figured he was going the same way she’d been... so hopefully she’d get lucky and spot him in a moment.

     Her pace quickened as she tried to find the boy, weaving in and out of people until she got to the sidewalk, and there he was. “ねえ,” she called again, running up to her and waving at him. With a smile, she presented the poor game system and said, “あなたはこれを落とした!”

     “Can’t catch a break with this weather,” Bastiano chuckled to the cashier, a small grin on his face, dark curly hair plastered to his face from the sudden downpour that had begun just minutes ago. He placed a case of beer on the counter, along with his ID and cash to pay for it with. Icy blue eyes looked out the glass windows that encased the convenience store around them at the rain and sighed, running a hand through his hair to try to remove some of it from his face. 

     “I’d grab an umbrella,” he started, leaning on the counter and glancing at the attendant with a grin, “... but I’d say it’s a lost cause at this case. Wouldn’t you?”

    3. Brothers, sisters? Who do they like? Why? What do they despise about their siblings?

         charlie had two siblings growing up , all the way up until he was about six . at that time , his eldest sister was killed in a car accident , and even though it’s been over a decade , it’s a bit of a sore subject . his older sister constantly makes fun of him for not being able to let go of the past , constantly invalidating his severe ( diagnosed ) clinical depression . he finally gained a brother when his older sister got married , and while his brother in law constantly misgenders him , they’re generally on better terms . due to his sister being out of the house and in her own home , they don’t talk as much , but get along a lot better than they used to --- but charlie has an underlying hatred of his sister and her near - perfect life . he hates how she married her high school sweetheart , they have a house and she has a well - paying job while he has none of that . they do get along for the most part .    

    25. What are their hobbies and interests?

            charlie has a lot of hobbies , there’s really nothing he doesn’t do . from sewing to cosplaying to playing different instruments to video games , etc etc . there’s hardly anything he doesn’t do . he’s gradually learning how to crochet , and since working at a video game store has been immersing himself more into games since he gets a fairly good discount . if he’s not doing any of that , he’s watching cooking shows and trying to teach himself . charlie’s also training to be a sign language interpreter , so he can constantly be found frequenting deaf chats and making friends with the deaf community .

    40. How is their sense of humor? Do they have one?

             surprisingly enough , charlie has a pretty wild sense of humor . it borders on cynical to sometimes perverse , but he’s usually able to tailor his humor to his audience --- more innocent around the older women at the fabric store , to the more raunchy and wild with everyone at the video game store . with his parents he turns his transgender issues into the brunt of a lot of his jokes and inserts realism to attempt to bring his parents to light , but it never works . either way , he’s almost always capable of bringing a smile to peoples’ faces .
