Pray For Everyone

Each event is very unfortunate.

Pray for the people in Paris, whose beautiful city was affected by a terrorist attack.

Pray for the people in Japan, where a severe earthquake has created a major tsunami.

Pray for the people in Beirut, where families have lost their loved ones to suicide bombers.

Pray for the people in Mexico, where a major earthquake occurred after Hurricane Patricia. Pray for the people in Baghdad, where suicide bombers interrupted a person's funeral, and now we must mourn for people who were already in mourning.

Pray for the people at the University of Missouri, who had to overcome a threat from the KKK, yet people refuse to take their protests seriously even when their lives were in danger.

Although the media has centered on the terrorist attack in Paris and offered tons of support, including a filter on Facebook of the French flag, it’s not okay to ignore the struggles of others who have had to suffer on that very same day. #PrayforParis, but also pray for Japan, Beirut, Mexico, Baghdad, and Mizzou, because the issues that people of color face should not be undermined by white issues.
