When Brittany was little she couldn't say "abuelita" correctly. She said "Walita" and ever since then, that's what everyone calls her grandparents. Walita and Walito offered up their home to our family because ours is in a direct path of hurricane Florence. Upon arriving, there it was. Walita's "Chile". A huge inspiration when we created SoCal Hot Sauce.
