A girl that sells flowers in the slums, the organization knew not of her role of importance but they knew Shinra had a close eye on her. At first, that was the simple mission Arsene Lupin: The Gentleman thief was given. But of course, he’s done some digging of his own to find out that the flower he needed to kidnap was none other than the child of the last Ancient Ifalna. An ancient in the hands of the terrorist group AVALANCHE or Shinra did not sound ideal..and so what he truly wanted to give the girl is freedom. So the thief disguised himself as an infantry made to look as if he was assigned to accompany Reno with watching her. He’s done his job flawlessly until the scarlet Turk took some time to patrol the outside of the church and the Gentleman dressed as an infantryman made his way towards the flower girl. “Ah, the stories of a woman selling flowers in the slums are actually quite real.”

“Takes care of that...” Cloud sighed as he put his sword up, looking at the creature they had just dispatched. Taking care of monsters and dangerous animals that got too close to the city was just something that needed to be done and who better to take care of it? 

He turned his attention to Aeris and walked over, “Are you alright?”

“Hey, Lady Aeris! I’ve got something I want you to try on!” Oboro came rushing over with something in her arms.

“I made this for you, wanna see how it looks?”

“I uh...you look uh...wow. I never thought that you’d be able to look so good in something like that Aeris...” he said, hair drooping down. “And the colors really go well on you too!” he examined looking up close at her, his hood suddenly coming down. “Ah-. ehehe. I got us all set up behind that rocky bluff, so we have the whole area to ourselves!”

The King simply grinned in response to the woman’s words in response to what he had said to her. “Oh definitely, would you like me to start now? It’s getting late, we’ve got to go to bed anyway.” He said with a wink towards her.

The King of the round smile and nodded his head. It was not often he was summoned by her or her battle companions so Arthur took it upon himself to release his own soul from the summoning materia at times to get to know each and every one of them. Today happened to be the day that he would greet Aerith another visit. “It is quite a sight I assure you, Miss Aerith. I assure you, your laugh can make me smile upon my darkest of days.”

The soft pink wig was tousled with his own hands, somewhat not believing her.

This was Aerith though. She wouldn’t tell them. 

Cloud’s kid; Denzel, or even Marlene Wallace, shouldn’t have to know about why he was dressed like this to help pay the bar’s rent. Why he went out to dinner all the time but never brought anything back.

It was all some stupid facade to look better to get even more clients. Clients that Cloud only had very small meals with, since there were so many that wanted to take him to dinner.

“Are you really sure about that cocktail dress? It takes all the attention from your eyes and not really suited for your skin colour. Especially with the colour that deep...” Cloud commented, making sure to speak in that sultry, smoker-like, tone of voice he used when talking to a client as he glanced over the stuff she’d picked out earlier. 

“I’d go with this” he muttered, plucking a baby blue dress from the rack before handing it to her, “one over that deep emerald one, if I were you. Also, it’s a great contrast to your ribbon and doesn’t scream competition over your eyes. It’s an important detail.”

Cloud was in a cute white camisole sweater, a pretty beaten-up (accidentally) pink blouse and an olive green skirt for the shopping trip today. Brown ankle boots and black OTK socks seemed to be what pulled the ensemble together aside from the pale green pendant necklace and the yellow contacts to dilute his mako blue eyes.

If there was ONE thing Cloud knew how to do, it was how to pull an outfit together.

“It’s still bothering me...” he grumbled, taking the sweater off and handed it to her. “Try that dress on with something like this on top and maybe get a choker. Preferably pink to match your ribbon.”

He gave two steps back, eyes still set on her. “Were you... really looking for me? Do you know wha- who I am?”
